Policy is a set of defined directions or advices for implementation in response of a problem or a new program. Analysis of policy will also be in the same way a set of analyzed results with some recommendations on the basis of qualitative or quantitative proofs. If we go for the analysis of any thing then we will always come up with results not the tangible product or material. Analysts do not get involve into the business. They are responsible of un-biassed advice or critique.
Product of policy analysis can be a whole framework rather than just a piece of advice. Policy analysis is not a judgement, it is a whole systematic process of defining problem, collecting evidences, talking about alternatives, options, possible outcomes and then a definite criteria to cater the problem or handle the situation.
The intention of doing analysis of any policy or a public problem by policy analysts, is to propose an action to get a favorable or likely result, the out come of policy analysis directs, an action to be taken, so we can say the product of policy analysis is an advice, every advice is not comes from policy analysis, as a public product, advice should connected to public decisions that it be knowledgeable by social values.
